1.1. Load Balanced Power Operating Status- Automatic
In our case, according to the selector switch on the load generators will be take over the load (1-86kW 2-86kW 3-28kW Mains 4-Shore) 4-position switch. If the demand power greater than the operation generator power output, the other generator can be synchronized to share the load. (1,2 and 3 Synchronous Generator)
Automatically be transferred to the network if the shore is available. Load shall be transferred to the generators if there is a power cut.
Additionally be synchronized with the shore network through the control panel, able to take on the load generators. In this case, the generator load, which will take priority and the circuit will be looking at the 4-position switch.
All switch positions, automatically controlled by the control panel. The user can not be able any operation and any operation done by operator is its sole discretion .
Generator is running for Night Mode and 38kW generator is in operation , load could be partially unloaded (by contactors).
2. Sync switch Backup Position
The user may operate the system manually. Here are three separate pieces of the conditions explanation for the generator and the network.
38 kW generator running
It is recommended to use the boat at the stand-still situation. In this case, synchronization is not available of the generator / mains, there is no transition.
The shore is switched on
In this case, the load is supplied from the network and cannot control other generators if electricity is cut. Other generators in the event of the opening of the control switch on the network transfer (smart relay control). In this case, synchronization of the generator / mains there is no transition.
Operation of big generators
In this case, the load is taken on one of the big generators. In this case, synchronization of the generator / mains there is no transition.
Smart relay are programmed according to this scenario , and if any revision are required by end user, this should be forwarded to our engineer with signed copy.
Note: The Sync system working principle should be reviewed and approved prior to the start of commissioning should be decided with the supplier.
